LIVING ROOM
The heart of the apartment is the bright, spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen and mountain views. A large dining table offers plenty of room for leisurely breakfasts, afternoon snacks, and convivial evenings. The sofa and the seating nook in the hallway provide cozy spaces. A selection of games and puzzles are available. The apartment also features Wi-Fi, a Bang & Olufsen Beosound system, and a smart TV.
The bright balcony and large terrace offer plenty of space to sit outside when the weather is nice.
KITCHEN
Our open-plan kitchen boasts high-quality appliances, a modern Bora cooktop, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, and a Nespresso machine. The kitchen island provides additional space and seamlessly connects the kitchen to the living area. You'll also find everything you need for enjoyable meals: dishes, pots, bowls, cutlery, utensils, and a selection of cookbooks.
BED- AND BATHROOMS
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms offer plenty of space and privacy, making the apartment ideal for families or two couples traveling together. One bedroom features a comfortable double bed with a 180 cm wide sleeping area, while the second has a large bunk bed with two 140 cm wide sleeping areas and a desk for two people.
The apartment also has a separate guest toilet.
STORAGE AND GARAGE
The apartment features large wardrobes in all rooms and a spacious closet. A private locker for your ski clothing and backpacks is available on the ground floor. For skis and ski boots, we recommend our partner shops in the village.
Two garage parking spaces are available directly at the house.

The apartment is located in the upper village of St. Anton, where you can find peace and quiet, yet still be close to the mountain lifts and the village.
The free ski bus stops right by the house and takes you comfortably to the mountain lifts in just a few minutes.

03 — THE PLACE AND THE MOUNTAINS
The Arlberg right on the doorstep.
St. Anton am Arlberg is legendary and, with good reason, one of the most famous winter sports destinations in the Alps. Whether on skis or a snowboard, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, curling or ice skating: a winter wonderland awaits discovery all around our house.
After a day in the mountains, you return: shoes off, feet up, and watch the mountains at dusk.

The Arlberg region has been a special place and a way of life for our family for generations. We love its nature, sports, culture and good cuisine, as well as cozy hours and convivial evenings with family and friends.
We designed our apartment with great attention to detail, high-quality materials, and a sense of aesthetics and comfort. We are happy to rent it to like-minded people who appreciate quality, privacy, and high standards.

DIRECT FROM THE BAKER TO YOUR HOME
Upon request, we can order fresh rolls, croissants, bread, or pretzels for you daily for a small additional charge. Delivery directly to your door with the finest products from the local Ruetz bakery. Orders can always be placed the day before.

Here you can conveniently rent your equipment or store your own overnight. This allows you to end your ski day in a relaxed manner, without skis and ski boots, but with your hands free for a stroll into the village or back to the Arla guesthouse.
